Gwk Griquas travel up to Olien Park in Potchefstroom for their second round Vodacom Cup clash against Platinum Leopards, today, Friday March 6. Coach Dawie Theron does not see this as an easy match, away from home. He has depth in his side and he will be making use of as he wants to keep all his players sharp and fit, but rotating them, thus giving each player an equal chance.
Although Griquas hammered the Valke last week, Theron said there was no room for complacency and also room for improvement, which the players have been sorting out at practices during the week. The Leopards, on the other hand have made a number of changes to their starting lineup and will be coming in full force against Griquas in a televised match.
The Griqua Rugby website (www.griquas.co.za) wishes Brendon Snyman the very best and congratulations on playing in his 50th match tonight against Platinum Leopards. Go man Go.
